Every item is printed by us in our small shop using high-quality heat transfer vinyl (HTV) and a professional heat press. We take pride in creating each order with care and attention to detail rather than using mass-production methods.

Are your products handmade?

Yes! While the blank apparel is manufactured by trusted brands, every design is cut, pressed, and finished by us after your order is placed.

How do I choose the right size?

Please refer to the size chart on each product page before placing your order. Since Bella+Canvas, Comfort Colors, and Gildan all have slightly different fits, we recommend checking the measurements instead of ordering based on your usual size alone.

How should I care for my apparel?

To help keep your design looking its best:

• Wash inside out in cold water.

• Use a mild detergent.

• Do not use bleach.

• Tumble dry on low or hang to dry.

• Do not iron directly over the design.

How long will it take to receive my order?

Each item is made to order. Processing time varies depending on our current order volume, and shipping times depend on the carrier and your location. We strive to get all orders shipped within 5 working days. Once your order ships, you'll receive tracking information by email.

Do you accept returns or exchanges?

Yes! We accept returns on eligible non-custom items. If there's an issue with your order, please contact us within the timeframe outlined in our return policy.

Because custom and personalized items are made specifically for you, custom orders cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive damaged or we made an error.
