How Do I Place An Order?
It's simple! Just click on the item you are interested in. Use the drop down boxes to select sizes and style and comment field for color and details. (see each individual item for available colors and sizes.
How about custom orders?
Yes! We specialize in custom apparel. You can personalize text, names, dates, and more — or reach out if you have a specific idea in mind. A mockup of your design can be sent upon request.
Payment and Shipping
We accept credit, applepay, and paypal. If your using local pickup or drop off cash and venmo are also accepted.
We strive to fulfill orders as quickly as possible without sacrificing quality. Our items are made to order so please allow 1-2 weeks for your order to ship. You will receive notification and tracking information via email.
Shipping is flatrate $5 on all orders
Any order over $100 ships free!
Returns & Refunds
We do not accept returns or cancellations on custom or personalized orders unless they are received damaged. In that case please contact us immediatly.

Conditions of return
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
At thecellarcraft each piece is handmade to order using quality materials. We truly want you to be happy with your purchase.
We strive to make each piece with the time, care and quality we would expect for ourselves knowing that you will be wearing this item
Washing instructions for apparel:
Wash inside out
Use mild detergent: Avoid detergents with additives, bleach, or that promise to "whiten" or "fight stains" they may be too corrosive for HTV.
Dry on low setting and do not use fabric softener, dryer sheets are ok.
If the HTV was applied with the correct temperature, time, and pressure, it shouldn't peel. However, excessive washing, high heat settings, or rough handling can weaken the adhesive bond over time
